Shipping Policy

We have an exclusive express delivery service. This has been done for the customers who demand the same day delivery service. Express delivery service by Tender Sleep can be availed by the residents of the UK and the adjoining areas. We normally take 3-4 business days to complete the delivery process. This excludes the weekends and the holidays. While placing your order, there are a few things to be made sure of. We will require your contact number to make a hassle-free courier service. This is done to make sure that the product will be delivered to you in time. The other benefit of us having your contact number is that you can keep a check on the status of the order. Unfortunately, if you miss the delivery, you will have to wait for 5 more days for the order to get back to you. We certainly do not want that. All the process is done to create a trouble free environment for both, us and our customers. In case you find your product damaged or broken, take the pictures of the product with the packaging box and send them to us right away. We will try to replace your order with the new one as soon as possible. All the packages will be delivered between 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. You will be notified a day earlier before receiving your product. Please note that we will try our best to deliver your product as soon as possible but because of some uncontrollable factors, the package might face slight delay. The factors include traffic, accidents etc. In case your package is delayed because of some issues, we will notify it to you beforehand. According to Consumer Contract Regulation (2013) it is your legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of placement and after a day of receiving your item.
